港女一小步 人類一大步 之 厚多屎教學 [ SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage ]

各位港女港童,係咪成日比人話好食懶飛,除左公仔麵同洽蛋之外乜都唔識煮呢?

所以今日spd4459 天長地九龍城區食家指南教既就係風靡港台既"你厚多屎"呀!

吐司記得要買冇pre-cut過既麵包磚,因為現成既白方包太薄,做唔到厚多屎。小編當時買左岩岩好正方形狀既麵包磚,然後厚切成三大塊。再將每塊吐司既麵包心切出黎,記得唔好整爛麵包皮同麵包心。

將麵包心切成一口大小,跟住就係瘋狂搽牛油既時候啦,記得每粒麵包心既每一面都一定要搽滿牛油。事先將焗爐底面預熱到180度,放入去焗25分鐘。記得定時將麵包反面,可以平均每面受熱,咁樣焗完就會每面都又金黃又脆。麵包框同樣做法。

新鮮出爐麵包脆卜卜,再黎多次瘋狂搽蜜糖,同樣每面都搽均蜜糖,跟住就視乎麵包大小同你想要幾脆去決定會唔會翻焗第二次同焗幾耐。要小心唔好焗燶呀。當時小編成間屋都充滿住蜜糖同牛油香,而家回想都覺得餓餓豬。

係你瘋狂焗麵包既時候,就可以同時準備你既士多啤梨醬啦。事先揀定十粒左右比較靚仔既士多啤梨keep起佢,其餘既就切粒,連同黃糖放入平底鍋煮。慢慢會出好多水,是正常的,你只需要不停攪佢,唔好比佢燶。收晒水變成醬既狀態就放係隔離備用。

At the time you are baking the toast, you can start making the strawberry source. A lot of water will released while cooking, it is normal, all you need to do is keep stirring the source and avoid over cooking. When you happy with the consistency, keep it for later use.



萬事俱備,而家就好似玩lego咁,將每粒麵包塞返入麵包框入面,三層都係咁做。小心麵包會好熱,好硬,放入去要比多小小心機。然後就放士多啤梨係隔離做裝飾。

When every thing is ready, put the bread into the crust. The toast should be very hot and hard, be careful and patience in this step. Decorate the toast with fresh strawberry.





早少少拎定個雪糕出黎解凍,然後畢一大球放係頂,再倒士多啤梨醬係面。完成!而家可以瘋狂影相同自拍啦!小編放張相上instagram呃到唔少like。由於小編當時用料非常之足,我敢講,呢個比起出面食到既更脆更甜更好食。

Defrost the ice-cream for a bit early, scoop the ice-cream and put it on top of the toast, add the strawberry source. BRAVO, it's DONE!! It's time for crazy photo taking and selfie. I can say, this one is much more sweet, crunchy and delicious than outside since I was using abundant of ingredients.
