我要食糖水 Dessert Movement [ SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage ]

松記糖水呢個招牌一定係人都識,除非你唔識。可能小編已經out啦,果日經過先發現紅磡開左間,以前小編細個住長沙灣,每晚都同呀爸呀媽食佢做宵夜,之後搬走左都好少食,所以果日見到決定去回味下。

Chung Kee Dessert is very famous and everyone should have heard about her. I am so out of date that I don’t know Chung Kee owns a store in Hung Hum, when I was a child living in Cheung Sha Wan, I must have one Chung Kee dessert with my parents at night, and I seldom have dessert nowadays, so I decided totry it again.


係松記,唔可能唔食佢既招牌summer。佢價錢好相宜,有兩球自選雪糕,仲有好多水果打底,加埋煙煙un un既西米同香甜既芒果汁,係出面真係好難呢個價錢食到。相信都好多人食過,雖然好似好多雜畢甩既野放晒入去,但係將全部野撈埋一齊食果時,會覺得好味到好似寵壞緊自己味蕾咁。

In Chung Kee, you must try the most famous dessert, SUMMER. It is very value with price, you can select two ice-cream flavors, it comes with different fruit and sago at the bottom, sweet mango sources at top, it is difficult to have this quality in this price range. Probably most of you had tried this before, it consists of many ingredients, when you mix them all well, you will feel like spoiling your tongue.


入秋之後我地就食返暖笠笠既糖水,冬天食湯圓是常識。係坊間,你食既就係五寶湯圓,係松記,你會食到六寶湯圓。分別係奶皇,芝麻,花生,紅豆餡等等,食一碗就好似食左六款糖水咁,唔會好甜,食完都唔會好高罪惡感,所以呢個糖水都好招牌架。
Dumpling is a must have item if you want to have something warm for dessert in winter. Usually you will have five flavors only, in Chung Kee, you will have six flavors, such as custard, sesame, peanut and red bean stuffing etc. It doesn't really sweet, so you won’t feel guilty after finishing the dumpling.

入爐朱古力粒- 3大匙                                 Chocolate Chips - 3 tbs

方法:
1) 混合牛奶及咖啡粉 (備用)。
2) 把所有粉類過篩,並加入糖和鹽。
3) 逐隻雞蛋加入(2)混合。
4) 把咖啡牛奶和蘭娒酒倒入(3)慢慢攪拌。
5) 選用最大型可入微波爐食物盒,放入牛油叮溶。取出,把溶液於盒內圍繞轉一圈(可防黏)。
6) 把牛油溶液倒進麵糊混合。
7) 加入入爐朱古力粒混合。
8) 把混合好的麵糊倒進食物盒,放入微波爐叮3分鐘。(時間視乎微波爐的火力而定)

溫馨提示: 麵糊受熱會漲起,為免溢出,麵糊高度不要超過食物盒一半。



Method :
1) Intermix milk and instant coffee (Ready for use).
2) Filter all powders and add in sugar and salt.
3) Add eggs into (2) one by one.
4) Add (1) and rum into (3) and stir.
5) Choose the largest size of microwave food box and put in butter for heating and melting. After take the box out, the melting butter  needs to be surrounded the box. 
6) Put the melting butter into (4).
7) Add in the chocolate chips.
8) Put the mixed up material into food box and heat for 3 minutes.
(Based on the heat rate of microwave)


Reminder: to prevent the mixed up material will be overflow during heating, it cannot be as high as the half of the food box.

10分鐘完成免油炸薯條 Chip without deep fry [ SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage ]

岩岩幾篇blog教左大家煮主食,甜品,早餐,咁多位港女港童係咪學左好多野呢?
今日spd4459 天長地九龍城區食家指南繼續同你整野食,各位港女港童會唔會有時好口痕想食口立濕,但係又怕肥怕熱氣。今日教既薯條唔用油炸,健康又易學。

The previous blogs demonstrated some main dishes, desserts, breakfasts, did you ever try to make these? Today, we will demonstrate chips to you in spd4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage Guidebook. Did you ever feel you want some comfort food, however you fear of being fat. Now I am going to show you how to make chips without deep fry, which is much more healthy and easy to learn.


薯條材料 Chips ingredients :
焗薯 Baking potato - 一隻 One
黑胡椒粉 Black pepper powder - 隨意 Optional
甜椒粉 Paprika - 隨意 Optional
鹽 Salt - 少量 Little
牛油/橄欖油 Butter/Olive oil - 少量 Little


小編係好鐘意食薯仔,而每次整薯條都係用美國焗薯,因為煮法可以多好多。

Potato is my love, and every time when I make chips, baking potato is my first choice because it allows various cooking method.




首先就要批皮先,但如果想連皮食既話都可以唔批。跟住就係切條狀,想切薯角或者薯皮既形狀都冇問題架。呢一步好重要,就係一定要用廚房紙抹乾每一條薯條。

First of all, peel the potato, you may save the potato peel if you want. Then cut it into chips, depends on what size you want. This step is important, remember to dry every single chip with kitchen paper.



然後就視乎你既口味,去加甜椒粉同埋黑胡椒粉。呢兩種香料其實都幾濃味,所以鹽只需要少少就足夠。跟住就shake it baby,搖均佢,每條薯條都有粉就可以去下一步啦。

It's up to you to add how many black pepper powder and paprika. Since the flavor of two spice are quite heavy, so just add a little bit of salt. Then, shake it well until each chip wrap up with the powder.



鋪個鍚紙係焗盤,再搽少少牛油或者橄欖油係上面,目的係防止薯條痴底,拎既時候會易好多。然後就將焗爐預熱到210度,焗大約25分鐘,時間同溫度同樣視乎薯條既粗幼。25分鐘之後,將薯條反去另一面,將溫度較去180度,今次焗大約10分鐘。

Put the aluminium foil on the baking plate, basted a little bit of butter/olive oil, it aims to avoid they stick in the plate and easy to take off. Pre-heat the oven into 210 degree and bake for around 25 minutes. Time and temperature depends on how thick of the potato you chop. After 25 minutes, turn the other side of the potato, put into the oven for around 10 minutes for 180 degree.



咁就完成左啦!就係咁簡單!隨自己喜歡,加茄汁或者沙律醬點黎食。好老實講,用焗爐就一定唔會好似油炸既咁脆,反而係少少地煙un。同埋要趁熱食,凍左就唔好味架啦。

Voila, you're done!! Now you can eat the chips with tomato sources or salad sources. To be honest, it won't as crunchy as deep fry, but a bit chewy. Eat when it's still hot.

港女一小步 人類一大步 之 厚多屎教學 [ SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage ]

各位港女港童,係咪成日比人話好食懶飛,除左公仔麵同洽蛋之外乜都唔識煮呢?
你係時候要悍衛自己果樽鹽,做返少少成績比人睇,港女要發圍啦!!

話明港女教煮野食,當然要睇得又食得,放上instagram嚇得下人,最重要係要容易煮。
所以今日spd4459 天長地九龍城區食家指南教既就係風靡港台既"你厚多屎"呀!

吐司記得要買冇pre-cut過既麵包磚,因為現成既白方包太薄,做唔到厚多屎。小編當時買左岩岩好正方形狀既麵包磚,然後厚切成三大塊。再將每塊吐司既麵包心切出黎,記得唔好整爛麵包皮同麵包心。

Remember to buy toast without pre-cut, otherwise it will be to thin to make a thick toast. I bought the toast in a square size, then I cut it into three thick pieces. And then hollowed out the white bread from the crust, be careful to do this part and keep intact.



將麵包心切成一口大小,跟住就係瘋狂搽牛油既時候啦,記得每粒麵包心既每一面都一定要搽滿牛油。事先將焗爐底面預熱到180度,放入去焗25分鐘。記得定時將麵包反面,可以平均每面受熱,咁樣焗完就會每面都又金黃又脆。麵包框同樣做法。

After hollowed out the white bread, cut it into bite-size, and basted with a lot of butter, each side of the toast should basted evenly. Pre-heat the oven into 180 degree, put the toast into oven for 25 minutes. Turn the side regularly, then you will have a crunchy toast with beautiful golden color. For the crust, do the same step.



新鮮出爐麵包脆卜卜,再黎多次瘋狂搽蜜糖,同樣每面都搽均蜜糖,跟住就視乎麵包大小同你想要幾脆去決定會唔會翻焗第二次同焗幾耐。要小心唔好焗燶呀。當時小編成間屋都充滿住蜜糖同牛油香,而家回想都覺得餓餓豬。

When you take out the toast from oven, then basted with lots of honey, also basted each side evenly. Depends on the size of toast and how crunchy you want, you may bake the toast for second time, careful not to over bake. At the moment, my home was filled up with fragrance of honey and butter.



係你瘋狂焗麵包既時候,就可以同時準備你既士多啤梨醬啦。事先揀定十粒左右比較靚仔既士多啤梨keep起佢,其餘既就切粒,連同黃糖放入平底鍋煮。慢慢會出好多水,是正常的,你只需要不停攪佢,唔好比佢燶。收晒水變成醬既狀態就放係隔離備用。

At the time you are baking the toast, you can start making the strawberry source. Choose around ten strawberry and keep them for later use, for the rest of the strawberry, chop them up and put into a pan with sugar. A lot of water will released while cooking, it is normal, all you need to do is keep stirring the source and avoid over cooking. When you happy with the consistency, keep it for later use.



萬事俱備,而家就好似玩lego咁,將每粒麵包塞返入麵包框入面,三層都係咁做。小心麵包會好熱,好硬,放入去要比多小小心機。然後就放士多啤梨係隔離做裝飾。

When every thing is ready, put the bread into the crust. The toast should be very hot and hard, be careful and patience in this step. Decorate the toast with fresh strawberry.





早少少拎定個雪糕出黎解凍,然後畢一大球放係頂,再倒士多啤梨醬係面。完成!而家可以瘋狂影相同自拍啦!小編放張相上instagram呃到唔少like。由於小編當時用料非常之足,我敢講,呢個比起出面食到既更脆更甜更好食。

Defrost the ice-cream for a bit early, scoop the ice-cream and put it on top of the toast, add the strawberry source. BRAVO, it's DONE!! It's time for crazy photo taking and selfie. I can say, this one is much more sweet, crunchy and delicious than outside since I was using abundant of ingredients.
