One of my friend loves eating steak so much, he used to introduce SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage Guidebook a restaurant in To Kwa Wan, and I immediately fell in love with this restaurant.

唔知大家平時鋸扒有冇留意餐湯,睇相覺得哥登堡既餐湯平平無奇,但試落就知固中奧妙。個湯係SPD4459天長地九龍城食家指南既小編飲過咁多間扒房既羅宗湯,最辣最酸既一個,湯入面既配菜都唔少,小編都頗鍾意食酸辣,覺得出面既羅宗湯都冇呢個飲得咁過癮。熱辣辣飲落肚,再加個暖笠笠既包,未食扒都覺得好滿足。

Do you ever concern the soup? The borscht in Goteborg looks very common, but when you try, you will know the differences. Here comes the steak on hot plate, look how delicious it is. The size is relatively small, but the quality is amazing. The beef is very soft, juicy, if you think the steak in most of the restaurant perform pretty much the same, you can not miss this one. (Friend of SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage Guidebook told that Goteborg does not use any meat tenderizer, but still very soft, how could you resist it?)


雖然話牛係肉類有好高地位,其實SPD4459天長地九龍城食家指南既小編都好鍾意食羊架哈哈!呢份鐵板羊排都係份量唔多,但女仔食就岩岩好。雖然好多人好怕羊騷味,但食羊冇羊騷味又點稱得上食羊呢?佢就比較冇牛柳咁軟滑多汁,但絕對唔似食柴!佢羊味好濃,鍾意食羊既又係唔可以錯過呢到既羊排呀!

Although beef is one of our favorite, mutton is also one of SPD4459 Kowloon City District Food and Beverage Guidebook love haha. Again, the size of the mutton chop is relatively small, perfect for girl. People may not like the offensive smell of mutton, however, this is how mutton differentiated from other meat. It did not perform as soft as the steak, but still not dry at all!The taste is very strong, I would recommend for people who also love mutton.



食完餐豐富既,佢地仲會送個小甜品比客人,你可以簡啫喱,雪糕或者雪糕糯米糍。係咪覺得好有童年回憶呢,而家真係買少見少啦。

After you finish a wonderful dinner, they usually provide a dessert for customer, you can either choose jelly, ice-cream or mochi ice-cream. Very classic dessert in Hong Kong and full of memories, right?

哥登堡成個感覺好舊式香港扒房味道,難得既係,經營咁多年,實力依然。難怪入面有咁多熟客仔幫襯。

Goteborg feels very old Hong Kong, the most important is she is still very strong, no wonder many people keep visiting Goteborg over and over again.
